| Methods for Installation |
Embedding
There are two basic ways, one is to use PC board, this kind of configuration needs no silica gel to seal and has water seeping trough. It’s safe from seeping water, beautiful for exterior, easy for installation and it’s a patent. Another way is to use aluminium composite board as cover board and silica gel to seal, this kind of configuration needs customized board and easy to construction. |

Using screws to install
When adopting this method, the worker should calculate the space of the flexibility due to different temperatures, so the aperture should be a little bigger than the bolt, all the holes be filled by silica gel,screws be screwed properly and underlayed by washers. PVC washer and PRIMER is forbidden, long side and short side should add metal layer, leave expanding space and reinforce it. |

Cleansing Clean the dust and dirt on the board gently with soft cloth or sponge dipped of neutral soap fluid or scour. Do not use coarse-fibred textile or brush to clean the board. Do not scrape the Sunlight Board or Resistance Board with scraper, shave or other sharp tools.
Wash the board with clean water again.
Wipe the board with soft cloth or leather to dry.
If there is oil, wet paint or glue, you can wipe it with absolute alcohol, kerosene or gasoline.

| Notice |
| It should be covered with liner during transportation and storage, keep away from sunshine and water. |
| Do not destroy or take off the protective film before usage. |
| Do not take off protective film when incision. Sawdust must be blew off and the hole must be enveloped with dustproof adhesive tape. |
| The diameter for the drill should be 50% bigger than the diameter of the screw for the board will displace because of heat and expand. |
| The protective film with words coveres the side of board which painted with ultraviolet ray proof layer, it should be exposed to the sun when installation. |
| Before installation, the whole protective film should be uncovered from the board for 5cm for easy construction. |
| When cold bend is needed during installation, the bending direction cannot plumb to the bearing of the board. The semidiameter for cold bend should be 175 times to the thickness of the board. |
| Enough flexible space should be left according to the different temperature of local place. |
| After installation protective film should be taken off at once, and carry through the second time of covering protection, remove the film when the whole project finished. |
| Customer should choose seal glue and rubber mat which can apply to PC plastic. |
| The board can’t contact alkalescence substance and eroding organic solvent such as alkali, basic salt, amic ketone, aldehyde, anhydride,aether, halogenation hydrocarbon, aromatic hydrocarbon, carbinol,propyl alcohol and so on. (Do not use PVC sealing strip and washer. |
| Keep the board clean, do not walk on it at any time. |
